PURPOSE: A floating and submerging buoy apparatus using gas is provided to improve productivity by exposing the buoy to sunlight using gas. CONSTITUTION: A floating and submerging buoy apparatus using gas comprises a gas generator(1), a tank(2), a controller(3), a feeding pipe(4), a buoy(5), a tube, rings, and multiple breathing holes. The gas generator generates gas using power. The tank stores the generated gas. The controller supplies and discharges the gas. The feeding pipe supplies the gas to the buoy. The buoy protects the tube. When the gas is supplied to the buoy through the feeding pipe, the tube is inflated. The rings are connected to the outside. The breathing holes supply and drain water to the buoy.
