PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for sterilizing and cleaning medical devices are provided to enable a user to reuse a sterilized medical device immediately. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for sterilizing and cleaning medical devices comprises: a heater heating liquid to 60 deg.C or more; a container which is installed in order to dip medical devices in a solution; a power supply unit(160) supplying DC power; and an electrode(140) which is provided with DC power from the power supply unit and sterilizes medical devices by generating free chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, OH radical, and ozone.
