METOD FOR ADAPTIVE MODULATION AND CODING IN WIRELESS MOBILE COMMUNICATION ENVIRONMENTS

PURPOSE: An adaptive modulation and coding method suitable for wireless movement environment is provided to increase data processing rate by reducing loss of important data. CONSTITUTION: A MCS(Modulation and Coding Scheme) reference level is set using speed information of a vehicle(S300). Priority of transmission data transmitted to the vehicle or a base station is determined(S310). AMC application is judged by using the priority(S320). Receiving signal intensity of the vehicle is measured(S330). Active AMC or passive AMC is applied to the transmission data(S340).
