TRANSPARENT ELECTRODE FILM, AND ITS PREPARING METHOD

PURPOSE: A transparent electrode film and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain a transparent electrode film with improved penetrability and price competitiveness by having no need of using an OCA film. CONSTITUTION: The transparent electrode film for a touch screen includes a transparent substrate(21); an adhesion supplementary layer(22) formed in both sides of the transparent substrate; and a conducting polymer layer(23) formed in the adhesion supplementary layer. The adhesion supplementary layer is formed by an ultraviolet irradiation, a corona processing or a primer treatment of both sides of the transparent substrate. The conducting polymer layer is formed through a printing method. The conductivity polymer layer is a poly -3,4- ethylenedioxythiophene / PSS (PEDOT/PSS). A thickness of a transparency conducting polymer layer is 0.001~10μm. The transparent substrate is PET[polyethylene terephthalate], poly ethylene naphthalate (PEN), polyethersulfone (PES), glass, pyrex glass, polycarbonate (PC), cyclic olefin polymer (COC), polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), or their mixture, or their laminating sheet. The transparent substrate has a thickness of 10~3000μm. The film more includes an Ag electrode layer in the edge of the transparent electrode film. The Ag electrode layer is formed by the printing method. The manufacturing method of the transparent electrode film for the touch screen includes following steps: (A) a step offering the transparent substrate; (B) a step forming the adhesion supplementary layer in both sides of the transparent substrate; (C) a step forming the transparency conducting polymer layer in the adhesion supplementary layer.
