PURPOSE: A relay device and method for providing a wireless internet service are provided to supply a wireless internet service using a mobile communication to a plurality of terminal connected by a wired/wireless method. CONSTITUTION: A relay module(110) converts a common address into a private internet protocol address. The relay module allocates the private internet protocol address to a user terminal connected by wired or wireless. The relay module performs data transceiving through an interwork protocol conversion between the user terminal and a mobile communication module(120).
