PURPOSE: An on-line application providing device and a method thereof are provided to support tenants with a single application instance by changing the application to be suitable for each tenant using metadata. CONSTITUTION: A configuration unit(120) receives tenant environment information from a tenant manager. A metadata manager(140) creates the metadata of the tenant and stores the created meta data based on the received environmental information. The metadata manager detects metadata corresponding to the tenant of the user terminal. A service provider(160) individualizes the on-line application to the tenant of the user terminal using the detected metadata.
