PURPOSE: A method for stably manufacturing a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet and a grain-oriented electrical steel sheet slab used therefor are provided to use a small quantity of Sb as an auxiliary restrainer. CONSTITUTION: A grain-oriented electrical steel sheet slab comprises silicon 2.0~5.0 weight%, carbon 0.02~0.10 weight%, acid soluble aluminum 0.01~0.04 weight%, manganese less than 0.20 weight%, nitrogen 0.003~0.006 weight%, antimony 0.001~0.1 weight%, ironan, and inevitable impurities. |
