PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for processing high-temperature exhaust gas are provided to improve fuel reduction effect by recycling waste heat. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for processing high-temperature exhaust gas includes A high-temperature furnace(100), a dust collecting means(200), a cooling means(500), an air preheating means(300), and a trigger blasting means(400). The furnace melts and decomposes a raw material to extract necessary secondary product. The dust collection means filters and collects the extracted raw material included in high-temperature exhaust gas discharged from the furnace. The cooling means cools the extracted material to a predetermined temperature lower than the melting point. The air preheating means heat-exchanges the filtered exhaust has with the incoming air to cool the exhaust gas and discharge the cooled air. The trigger blasting means controls the number of ventilating rotations to prevent air scattering in the furnace. |
