PURPOSE: An impact absorbing device for an inline-skate is provided to maximize buffer force by efficiently absorbing an impact according to the road surface state. CONSTITUTION: An impact absorbing device for an inline-skate comprises: a fixed frame(110) which is fixed and installed in the bottom of an inline-skate; a plurality of links(120) in which one end thereof is connected to the fixed frame by a hinge and the other end thereof pivotally supports a plurality of wheels; a slider(130) connected to the link by a hinge; and a damping unit(140) which is combined with the slider and absorbs an impact by providing elastic force to the slider.
