PURPOSE: A personal information outflow system and a method thereof are provided to amend the information having a field related to the personal information. CONSTITUTION: A packet receiving part(110) receives packets including a plurality of fields. In case a field related to the personal information among a plurality of fields is exist, a packet correction part(120) amends the field related to the personal information. A packet transmission part(130) transmits the packet including the amended field. The packet correction part amends the information having the field related to the personal information as the arbitrary value. The packet correction part deletes the information having the field related to the personal information.
