PURPOSE: A method for controlling internet network is provided to distribute information based on a central concentrating mode or a central distributing mode by applying an identifier with respect to a slice in the packet header of a packet transferred through layers. CONSTITUTION: A clearing house(120) generates a slice on internet network(100). An operation and management portal(130) implements operation and management with respect to the internet network. An user(110) receives information with respect to the operation and the management by accessing the operation and management portal. An aggregate manager(140) manages sub networks(150) including the internet network. The sub networks include a plurality of nodes(160).
