摘要 PURPOSE: A localized surface plasmon resonance based super resolution total reflection fluorescence microscope and a detection module therefor are provided to effectively research the distribution and moving route of biometric materials in a virus which is very small. CONSTITUTION: A total reflection fluorescence microscope(100) includes a light source unit(60) and a fluorescent image extracting unit(80), and optical arrangement structures. The optical arrangement structure of the total reflection fluorescence microscope includes a detection module(50) for a total reflection fluorescence microscope and a prism(20). A refractive index is different according to a material of a transparent substrate and a prism in the total reflection fluorescence microscope. A fluorescence image detecting unit is arranged under an objective lens(70). The fluorescence image detecting unit detects fluorescence under the transparent substrate.
