PURPOSE: A liquid crystal alignment agent is provided to improve printability, reliability, adhesive property to a substrate and liquid arrangement. CONSTITUTION: A liquid crystal alignment agent includes: polyamic acids having surface energy of 55-65 dyn/cm; and polyimide having surface energy of 45-60 dyn/cm. The polyamic acid comprises a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 1 and a repeating unit represented by chemical formula 2. In chemical formula 1 and 2, X1 and X2 are the same or different and represent tetravalent organic groups induced from cycloaliphatic acid dianhydride or aromatic acid dianhydride; Y1 and Y2 are the same or different and represent divalent organic groups induced from diamines.
