PURPOSE: A method for removal of volatile organic compound using carbon fiber, and a method and an apparatus for measuring the amount of removing volatile organic compound are provided to eliminate volatile organic compound from the room temperature by using the pure carbon fiber as carrier material and photo-catalyst. CONSTITUTION: The removal method of the volatile organic compound using the carbon fiber decomposes the volatile organic compound by reacting the pure carbon fiber used as the carrier material and photo-catalyst with the volatile organic compound. The carbon fiber is activated with the light in which the wave length range is 200 - 800 nm. The removal of the volatile organic compound operates in the room temperature.
