CONSTITUTION: A buffer material decreasing floor impact sound using tensile modules due to shear deformation comprises an upper projection(111), an upper deformation space part(130), a lower projection(112), a lower deformation space part(130'), a damping panel(110) and a horizontal panel(120). The cross section of the upper projection is trapezoidal shape. The upper projection is extended toward the longitudinal direction and is separated from the upper side at a regular interval. The upper deformation space part is formed between the upper projection and upper projection. The lower deformation space part is formed between the lower projection and lower projection. The damping panel is composed of a buffer unit(113) formed between the upper projection and lower projection.
