PURPOSE: An anaerobic absorption apparatus using agricultural by-products and livestock excretion, and a method thereof are provided to reduce the residence time of the anaerobic digestion, and to improve the anaerobic digestion efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An anaerobic absorption apparatus using agricultural by-products and livestock excretion comprises the following: an agricultural by-product insertion tank(110); a livestock excretion supplying pipe supplying livestock excretion liquid into a heating tank; the heating tank(120) heating the inserted agricultural by-products and livestock excretion liquid; a livestock excretion liquid tank(130) for storing the heated livestock excretion liquid; and an anaerobic digestion tank(140) anaerobic digesting the heated agricultural by-products and livestock excretion liquid.
