PURPOSE: A jujube dried product, and a drying method thereof are provided to improve the productivity of the jujube dried product by automatically removing jujube seeds at once, and performing a seed removing process and a cutting process from jujube at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a jujube dried product comprises the followings steps: washing fresh jujube with ultrasonic waves(10); sorting the washed jujube by size using a sorter(20); removing seeds from the jujube using a jujube seed removal device, and cutting the jujube into the fixed size(30); firstly drying the cut jujube in a drying chamber at 45~50deg C for 17hours, and secondly drying the jujube at 60~65deg C for 5hours(40,50); and vacuum packing the dried jujube(60). |
