METHOD FOR DYNAMICALLY ADAPTING A WORKFLOW

PURPOSE: A method for adapting dynamically to a work flow is provided to determine a next step of a workflow based on first information item state level and combination of user state information of different types expressing state of a user. CONSTITUTION: A contents management system includes as follows. A setup unit sets an action allowed to a user. According to the action permitted to the user, a user interface permits a user to generate at least one information item. A storage unit(119) stores at least one information item. A dynamic workflow state determining engine(115) of a workflow engine(113) executes the workflow including stages corresponding each state level.
