PURPOSE: A solar battery top is provided to control power provided to a rotary motor using a controller having a miniature battery charger or condenser. CONSTITUTION: A solar battery top comprises: a top body(10); a controller(30) which controls the rotation of the top body; a solar battery(20) having constant size and area; and a motor which generates driving force for rotating the top body using the power provided from the solar battery. The electricity produced from the solar battery by the controller can be supplied to the motor.
