<p>PURPOSE: The received radio frequency signal is amplified with the LNA(Low Noise Amplifier) so that the long distance reconstruction performance is improved. CONSTITUTION: An amplification unit(110) amplifies the level of RF(Radio Frequency) signal applied through the antenna and the amplified signal is outputted. A demodulator(130) rectifies and amplifies the amplified signal and the operating voltage is created. The demodulator demodulates the operating voltage and the command signal is created. A modulator(120) outputs the answer signal corresponding to the command signal to antenna. An amplification unit comprises the coupling capacitor part, the biasing part, and the first reference bias part and the first amplifier.</p> |
