MULTILAYER CERAMIC CAPACITOR AND FABRICATING METHOD OF THE SAME

PURPOSE: A multilayer ceramic capacitor and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent a crack and delamination due to a thermal expansion coefficient. CONSTITUTION: A dielectric layer is laminated in a capacitor body(1). A dielectric layer is interposed between a first internal electrode and a second internal electrode. The first internal electrode and the second internal electrode are alternatively laminated to face each other. An external electrode(2) is formed on both sides of the capacitor body. An effective layer(20) is formed by alternatively laminating the dielectric layer, the first internal electrode, and the second internal electrode. A protection layer(10) is formed on the upper and lower sides of the effective layer.
