PURPOSE: A diseases diagnosis apparatus comprising a nano magnetic particles and nano sensors is provided to enable repetitive target detection and to improve test reliability. CONSTITUTION: A diseases diagnosis apparatus comprises: a magnetic nano particles in which a target molecule-specific receptor is fixed; a magnetic field supply unit which is able to control the magnetic nano particles; and a nano sensor which senses specific molecules which is attached to the receptor of the magnetic nano particles. The nano sensor comprises a nano structure of nano wire, nano tube, nano rod, or nano gap. The receptor is enzyme substrate, ligand, antibody, amino acid, peptide, protein, nucleic acid, lipid, or carbohydrate.
