PURPOSE: A way valve capable of manual rotation is provided to monitor the operating and malfunction states of way valve by selectively opening and closing a conduit line of a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A way valve capable of manual rotation comprises a motor(10), a crank shaft(14), a valve body(16), contact sensors(7a,7b), a three-way pipe(4), and a manual rotation part(20). The crank shaft is vertically eccentric. The valve body is inserted and attached in the bottom of the crank shaft. The manual rotation part interlinks the rotary shaft and crank shaft of the motor. The manual rotation part is combined between the rotary shaft of motor and the upper end of crank shaft in a ratchet mode and is rotated in a specific direction.
