<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sanitarily manage a milker and to form high quality milk foam. <P>SOLUTION: The milk foamer 61 of this invention is provided with a milk cold insulation storage 69 for cold-insulating milk, a steam boiler 64, and a milker 65 for sucking milk from the milk cold insulation storage 69 by steam generated by the boiler 64, sucking air, mixing the sucked milk and sucked air and generating the milk foam, and executes the milker washing operation of supplying hot water from a hot water tank 11 for espresso into the milker 65 by a pump 12 for espresso extraction and washing the inside of the milker 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
