<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid heating tube for uniformly raising the temperature of fluid flowing in a resin tube to higher values all over the total length even at relatively low voltage, and to provide its heating method. <P>SOLUTION: On the outer peripheral face of the conductive resin tube 1 which transfers fluid, a plurality of foamed ropes to be heated and swollen are arranged in contact. At least the pair of reversed foamed ropes 2 out of the foamed ropes each have a conductive layer on the opposite face to the resin tube 1.
