PURPOSE: A magnetic memory device and a method of operating the same are provided to facilitate reading and writing operation while being profitably integrated. CONSTITUTION: In a magnetic memory device and a method of operating the same, a first reference layer(R1) comprises two magnetic regions(D1,D2) and a first magnetic wall(DW1) The first magnetic wall is located between two magnetic regions. A second reference layer(R2) is separated with a first reference layer. The second reference layer comprises two magnetic regions(D3,D4) and a second magnetic wall(DW2) The second magnetic wall is located on the two magnetic regions. A first memory structure(MS1) is interposed between the first and the second base layers. The first memory structure comprises at least two free layers(F1,F2) stores a storage element. |
