PURPOSE: An upload and download method of an automatic cooking menu using a oven are provided to enable a user to share a manual and a recipe with other person by uploading a manual or a recipe to a server. CONSTITUTION: A detailed instructions and a setting value of an automatic cooking menu which is cooked by automatic cooking oven are generated as an automatic cooking menu file. Through an internet access interface of the oven, a service is connected. The automatic cooking menu file is transmitted to server. The server stores the transmitted automatic cooking menu file in a database.
