PURPOSE: A customer information management system and server are provided to configure client information of a client center by integrally managing the distinguished information. CONSTITUTION: A customer information management server includes as follows. A subscriber agreement manager(271) manages subscription contract information with a client for using utility. A product manager(273) manages commodity information which is included in subscription contract information. A service manager(275) manages utility service information. The utility service information includes utility usage metering information of the client and is included in commodity information.
