PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing Soju using pretreated Aga bean is provided to isolate a large amount of nutrients including isoflavone. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing Soju using pretreated Aga bean comprises: a step of mixing steamed rice, yeast, water, and lactic acid to prepare crude liquor; a step of mixing the crude liquor, bred yeast, and water; a step of fermenting the ingredients; a step of filtering the fermented product; a step of distilling the product; and a step of filtering again. |
