PURPOSE: A fluorine-containing polyurethane resin composition is provided to ensure excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and adhesion. CONSTITUTION: A fluorine-containing polyurethane resin composition comprises: 20~75 weight% of a fluorine group-containing polyurethane solid portion; 10~30 weight% of fluorinated polydiol; 4~50 weight% of at least one diisocyanate selected from aromatic or aliphatic polyisocyanate; and 1~20 weight% of dimethanol propionic acids having ions. The fluorine-containing polyurethane resin composition is prepared by synthesizing a prepolymer having an NCO group to a terminal, neutralizing the prepolymer with tertiary amine, water-dispersing the neutralized material, and chain-extending the water-dispersed with a chain extender.
