PURPOSE: A wireless networking method and a system thereof, in which a location management function is dispersed, are provided to respectively use the other location information management server according to a home address of the mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of AP(Access Points)(121,131,141) extracts 2 layer addresses for a mobile terminal locating in the constant area. A plurality of PMSAs(Proxy Mobility Support Agents)(114-116) sustains and manages message 2 layer addresses received from one or more AP. A plurality of PMSAs manages the permanent address for the mobile terminal. A plurality of MCSs(Mobility Control Systems)(111-113) receives 3 layer address information of PMSA and 2 layer address from one or more PMSA. A plurality of MCSs manages the location information of the mobile terminal.
