摘要 PURPOSE: A device for controlling hot-air temperature in a furnace is provided to calculate a hot-air temperature of the front end of the furnace without using a hot air thermoscope. CONSTITUTION: A device for controlling hot-air temperature in a furnace includes a first thermoscope(70), a flow meter(71), a second thermoscope(72), an operation unit(75), and a hot air temperature controller(63). The first thermoscope measures the temperature of cold air flowing in a cold air piping(14) interlinking a blower(50) and an air mixing chamber(13). The flow meter measures the flow rate of the cold air flowing in the cold air piping. The second thermoscope measures the temperature of a checker chamber(11). The operation unit calculates the temperature of the hot air at the front-end(65), the temperature of the measured cold air, and the flow rate of the cold air. The hot air temperature controller compares the calculated temperature of the hot air with a temperature of hot air, set by a hot air temperature setting unit(64) to control opening and shutting of a cold air flux control valve(15) installed in cold air piping.
