PURPOSE: A facility and method for inspecting on/off of an organic EL display substrate, device and method for inspecting and correcting a defect of the organic EL display substrate, facility and method for correcting an organic EL display panel, and system and method for manufacturing an organic EL display are provided to shorten inspection and correction time, thereby increasing productivity. CONSTITUTION: A lighting unit turns each pixel on by supplying power to a designated electrode pad of a mother board(320) with a designated wire and a designated electrode pad. A designated wire for inspecting on/off of an organic EL display substrate turns each pixel of an organic EL device on. A bad pixel detecting unit detects a bad pixel and a defective location based on the on/off result. The designated electrode pad is installed on one side of a mother board. The mother board has one sheet of a panel.
