<p>The device has a pair of transistors (41, 42) forming a differential circuit with different inputs and outputs, and a common current output. The differential inputs are antiphase carrier signals, e.g. at around 900 MHz. A resistor (47) is connected to the common current output to transform current provided by the common current output into voltage. An amplifier (30) provides an amplified modulation input signal and includes a feedback input from the resistor.
