PURPOSE: A radiation mechanism using a heat pipe and a skived fin is provided to prevent noise and vibration occurred due to a heat radiating fan by maximizing a heat radiating effect using a heat sink without the heat radiating fan. CONSTITUTION: A radiation mechanism using a heat pipe and a skived fin comprises a vacuum pipe(11), a heat source(20), and multiple rounded fins(30). Multiple uneven parts(12) are formed on the inner surface of the vacuum pipe. The heat source is attached on one side of a heat pipe. When heat is transferred from the heat source to the heat pipe, the heat pipe rapidly transfers the heat to the other part through a heat medium. The fins are shaped on the surface of the other part except a part where the heat source is attached at uniform intervals. |
