PURPOSE: A portable apparatus is provided to measure and predict wind directions and wind speed for a golfer's information in a golf course, with a simple measuring instrument. CONSTITUTION: The inside of the portable apparatus is composed of an air pressure cask (pump) and a soap liquid container. By pressing a drop guide(2) at one time, contents stocked in the two containers (liquid and air) are discharged and bubbles formed in a nozzle(1) are discharged in the air.
