PURPOSE: A moisture dehydration apparatus for food waste is provided to dehydrate massive amount of food waste, and to reduce the generation of the vibration and noise from the moisture dehydration apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A moisture dehydration apparatus for food waste comprises the following: a body unit for storing and discharging the moisture dehydrated from the food waste; a pushing stick(22) including a gear(21) installed on the upper side for supplying the driving force to the one outer side of the body unit; a driving unit(20) elastically installed on the bottom of the body unit using a compressed spring(23) for moving the pushing stick; a gear unit(30) including a bevel gear(31) and a one-way bearing(37); a rotation unit(40) including a rotary shaft(41) installed on the one-way bearing; and a dehydrating unit(50) including a dehydration container(51). |
