PURPOSE: A digital broadcasting system for monitoring subscribers is provided to protect and manage the subscribers without expensive systems by detecting emergency situations occurred to the subscribers and informing the emergency situations to guardians. CONSTITUTION: A controlling signal receiving part(110) receives a controlling signal in order to control the operation of a device. A broadcasting signal receiving part(120) receives a digital broadcasting signal from a subscriber managing device(200). An outputting part(130) outputs the receive digital broadcasting signal into an image and sound form. A transmitting part(150) transmits data or signals to the subscriber managing device. A controlling part(140) controls the operation of a subscriber terminal device(100).
