PURPOSE: A height control device for a driver's seat console box of a construction machine is provided to easily control the height of a joystick according to the height of driver's arm by regulating the height of a console box in which the joystick is installed. CONSTITUTION: A height control device for a driver's seat console box of a construction machine comprises a rotary panel(105), a rotary link(110), and a lead screw(115). The rotary panel is installed on the underside of a console box(100) and coupled with the console box to raise and lower the console box by the rotation. The rotary link is coupled with the rotary panel on an end to rotate the rotary panel up and down. The lead screw is coupled with the other end of the rotary link and installed on the underside of the console box to move the rotary link.
