<p>PURPOSE: A plastic sheet extruding and manufacturing system and a manufacturing method of a plastic sheet are provided to minimize the quantity of scraps and to maintain the quality of a plastic sheet. CONSTITUTION: A plastic sheet extruding and manufacturing system comprises a material hopper(100), an extruder cylinder(110), a constant pressure extruder(120), a sheet die(130), a polishing roll(140), a sheet width measuring instrument(150), a side scrap cutter(160), and a packing machine(170). The material hopper puts plastic materials into the extruder cylinder. The extruder cylinder fuses and transfers the plastic materials. The constant pressure extruder uniformly controls the pressure of the melted plastic materials. The sheet die molds the melted plastic materials in a sheet shape. The polishing roll cools and flattens the sheet. The sheet width measuring instrument is installed in the rear of the polishing roll. The side scrap cutter cuts side scraps of the sheet. The packing machine packs the cut sheet.</p> |
