ASPHALT COMPOSITION FOR PROTECTING ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS, PREPARATION METHODS THEREOF, AND ELECTRONIC UNITS COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An asphalt composition is provided to ensure water resistance and vibration resistance and to improve the safety and durability of electronic products. CONSTITUTION: An asphalt composition for protecting electronic products includes 15-85 weight% of blown asphalt, 5-40 weight% of ethylene bis-stearamide wax and 10-80 weight% of calcium carbonate inorganic filler. A method for preparing the asphalt composition comprises the steps of: adding 5-40 weight% of ethylene bis-stearamide wax to 15-85 weight% of blown asphalt, and heating the mixture at 170-200°C; and introducing 10-80 weight% of calcium carbonate inorganic filler to the mixed composition.
