SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DISPLAYING DOCUMENT CONTENT USING UNIVERSAL PLUG AND PLAY

PURPOSE: A system and method for displaying document content using universal plug and play are provided to suggest the standard for the operation of UPnP network devices by providing a media player which executes a command for displaying document content in UPnP network. CONSTITUTION: A media server(300) provides the meta information of the document content requested by a user. If a request for displaying the document content is received from the user, a control point(100) provides the meta information of the provided document content together with the operation execution command for displaying the document content. A media player(200) receives the document content corresponding to the meta information from the media server. The media player reproduces the received document content.
