PURPOSE: An integrated structure for discharging heat and shielding an electromagnetic wave and an electronic device using the same are provided to effectively control the heat and electromagnetic wave in electronic components by integrating a heat radiation pad and an electromagnetic wave shielding member. CONSTITUTION: An integrated structure(330) for radiating heat and shielding an electromagnetic wave is comprised of a thermo conductive pad(331) and a conductive thin film(332). The thermo conductive pad is made of thermo conductive materials. The conductive thin film surrounds a part of the surface of the thermo conductive pad. A heat sink is formed on one side of an electronic component and absorbs heat. The integrated structure is connected to a back cover which is grounded.
