PURPOSE: An optical sheet and optical performance, a manufacturing method thereof, a backlight unit and a display device including the same are provided to enhance light scattering effect by forming the unit lens in a complex shape. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of unit lenses(20) are arranged two dimensionally on a diffusion surface of an optical sheet. The unit lens has a convex part(22) and a concave part(24). The width of the unit lens is 20 to 200 micrometer. A light collection structure is arranged on a light concentration surface of the optical sheet. The light collection structure includes a prism lens, a lenticular lens, a microlens array or their combination.
