PURPOSE: A vehicle tire with reinforced belt edges is provided to improve the separation on a belt edge because a step filling part of a shoulder wedge offsets a level difference on the belt edge. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle tire comprises a tread(1), sidewalls(2) on both sides of the tread, and bead portions(3) on both ends of the sidewalls. The tread, the sidewalls, and the bead portions are formed of carcass(4) as frame, and a plurality of belt layers(5) are installed on the carcass of the tread. A shoulder wedge(6) and a belt edge tape(7) are installed on the end of the belt layers, wherein the belt edge tape encloses the ends of a first belt, a shoulder edge, and a second belt(52).
