METHOD FOR CONTROLLING A FIXED CAPACITY FAN DRIVE SYSTEM OF CONSTRUCTION MACHINERY

PURPOSE: A method for controlling construction equipment fixed capacity fan is provided to improve a response rate of an engine. CONSTITUTION: A method for controlling construction equipment fixed capacity fan is as follows. The temperature of a radiator is collected by a control part(S10). The temperature of a torque converter is collected by the control part. The acceleration of an engine is detected by the control part(S20). The speed of a fan is kept by the control part for a fixed time(S30). The speed of the fan is controlled by the control part according to temperature of the torque converter and radiator(S40). The fan cooling a cooler is operated by a hydraulic pump and hydraulic motor which are driven with an engine. If the temperature of the torque converter and radiator increases, the rising of temperature is detected by the control part, and the speed of fan is increased.
