<p>The invention relates to a device (1) for reducing rotary oscillations in a rotating shaft. The device comprises a primary part (2), a secondary part (3) and moveable elements of mass (8) and elastic means (4). The elastic means (4) hereby couple the primary part (2) and the secondary part (3) to each other. At least one of the parts (2, 3) is connected to the shaft such that it rotates with the shaft. According to the invention, the elements of mass (8) are arranged such that they increasingly act upon the elastic means (4) the higher the rotational speed and thus change the spring characteristic line and/or the coupling between the parts (2, 3). The device can be used as damper or as an elastic coupling.</p> |
