<p>Provided is a storage device including a storage unit readable and writable from outside of the storage device; an integrity information storage unit that stores integrity information used to verify whether data stored in the storage unit is tampered or not, and that is write-protected from the outside of the storage device; a writing unit that receives a write command and a to-be-written data from the outside of the storage device, and writes the to-be-written data onto the storage unit; and a calculation unit that calculates the integrity information of the to-be-written data, and writes the calculated integrity information onto the integrity information storage unit; and a protection unit that inhibits overwriting on the to-be-written data thus written in the storage unit.</p> |
