REUSING SYSTEM OF SODIUM HYDROXIDE FROM TEXTILE MANUFACTURE PROCESS

PURPOSE: An apparatus for reusing wasted sodium hydroxide generated from a fiber processing process is provided to secure the desired concentration of sodium hydroxide by eliminating microorganism and odor from the wasted sodium hydroxide. CONSTITUTION: A raw water storing tank stores wasted sodium hydroxide. A transferring pump transfers the wasted sodium hydroxide from the raw water storing tank. A bag filter eliminates impurities contained in the wasted sodium hydroxide by filtering the wasted sodium hydroxide using a filtering unit based on non-woven fabric. Pores are formed in the non-woven fabric. A bag filter treated water storing tank stores the treated water through the bag filter. A level sensor supplies and controls the treated water. A micro filter transferring pump transfers the treated water from the treated water. A micro filter eliminates microorganism, fine particles, and bacteria from the treated water. A membrane transferring pump(17) transfers treated water through the micro filter to a membrane(18). The membrane eliminates nano particles from the treated water.
