PURPOSE: A fuel gas supply controller, and device and method for supplying fuel gas having the controller are provided to prevent damage to equipment by stone wall phenomenon. CONSTITUTION: A fuel gas supply controller comprises a high pressure storage tank, a LD compressor(1), and a LD compressor low load controller(13). The high pressure storage tank absorbs the calorie flowing from the outside of tank by increment of latent heat of the liquefied gas. The LD compressor compresses BOG(Boil-Off Gas) exhausted from the high pressure storage tank. The LD compressor low load controller transmits a control signal based on flow rate and pressure information in order to prevent the generation of a stone month phenomenon.
